A drawing of two seemingly playful dragons by a child. Despite its obvious flaws, the colourful drawing is complete in itself

In a world where result is rewarded, the process watches silently from the sidelines like a forgotten shadow.

But unlike the result, the process is not finite. It plays an infinite game.

Unlike the result, the process is not competitive. It fosters collaboration.

Unlike the result, the process is not a binary outcome. It is a rainbow of possibilities.

Unlike the result, the process is not rigid. It is malleable and ductile.

Unlike the result, the process is not cast in stone. It has the ability to metamorphose into something even more beautiful.

Unlike the result, the process does not stagnate. It is exploratory, imaginative and playful.

Unlike the result, the process is not unforgiving. It allows for mistakes and creates space to rectify them.

Unlike the result, the process does not need an audience to applause. It works behind the scenes and creates fond memories.

Unlike the result, the process doesn’t wear out its effects once the party is over. It stays on long after the party, clearing up the mess.

So to all those who are still awaiting their results, it is the process we’ve got to love. Because it the process that still keeps us going!
